Based in Berkshire NME has the facility to design components, build engines, develop existing engines, manufacture and maintain or repair competition race engines from 4 to 12 cylinders.
NME is capable of providing a project management package for all engine types, petrol, diesel and alternative fuels.
At our facility, we have in-house dynamometer test cells with climate control which can be hired for confidential engine testing only if required, plus test rigs for dynamic valve train and airflow rigs. NME also has balancing equipment for crank shafts and cam shafts and in house NDT and dye pen crack testing facility.

Design analysis facilities include CFD Fluid flow analysis for coolant systems, intake ducts and exhaust manifolds. They also include 1D simulations for valve train dynamics and full engine gas dynamics utilising Lesoft engineering software suite.

NME’s dyno facilities are available on a daily hire basis at competitive rates with confidentiality assured.
